Blair provides support to Blue Meridian’s evidence and evaluation practice, including the Evaluation Advisory Committee. She contributes to Blue Meridian’s investee selection process, as well as projects that support investees and portfolio-wide performance.
Previously, Blair worked for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations on initiatives to make government more effective and efficient, as well as the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity on projects related to the use of evidence and data in reducing poverty and increasing equity. She also brings experience working with nonprofits focused on education, employment and criminal justice.
Blair received her BA from Middlebury College and her MPA from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.
