As part of the Investor Relations team, Veneka works to foster relationships with our General and Impact Partners, cultivate a dynamic and engaging learning environment for Blue Meridian’s Partner group, and engage prospective investors in support of Blue Meridian’s mission. In particular, Veneka provides strategic and operational leadership to the team, including partnering with the Chief Strategic Development Officer and Chief Governance Officer, as well as other senior leaders, to develop fundraising strategies that will expand Blue Meridian’s impact.
Before joining Blue Meridian, Veneka was the Managing Director of Development at KIPP NYC, where she oversaw the fundraising and development efforts and partnered with donors and board members. Previously, she worked at Princeton University, where she secured high-level resources for Princeton and managed a portfolio of international and domestic donors. In her role as the Associate Director of Leadership Gifts, she also worked closely with trustees and campus partners to develop strategic programs and drive forward University priorities.
Veneka earned her BA from Princeton University in Public Affairs and International Relations, and minored in East Asian Studies, with a focus on China. Veneka holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden Business School.
