Trayonna supports the continual development of the organization’s workplace culture and staff performance and well-being.
Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Trayonna was the Director, Talent & Performance for Warner Bros. Discovery, where she led a team supporting the organization’s talent and performance management experience of over 20,000 employees and designed a Brandon Hall award-winning manager development program for over 2,000 leaders globally. Previously, Trayonna developed talent and leadership development strategies for major defense companies including BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman. Trayonna has been recognized for her extensive experience in talent, performance management, learning, DEIB, and leadership development, including being named an ATD “Up & Coming” Talent Development Professional and a 2021 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 Honoree.
Trayonna holds master’s degree in human resource development from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
