Raymi contributes to Blue Meridian’s investee selection process, supports individual investee relationships including developing scaling plans and helps assess investee and portfolio-wide performance. Working closely with Managing Directors, she also collaborates on innovative initiatives to expand Blue Meridian’s work, with a focus on Nationwide Solutions and The Studio @ Blue Meridian.
Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Raymi was a program associate for the Human Rights Program at the Roosevelt House Public Policy Institute and a public service fellow in the president’s office at Hunter College. Before that, she was a college matriculation and retention coach at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation in Brooklyn and a supervisor and training partner for College Bridge for All, a partnership between the NYC Department of Education and the City University of New York to provide college matriculation support to nearly 12,000 high school seniors. She served for three years on the Board of Directors of UnLocal, an organization providing legal representation and community education to NYC’s undocumented immigrant communities.
Raymi holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and public policy from Hunter College and a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
