Monica provides grants administration and contract management support for both Blue Meridian Partners and the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation.
Monica has experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Most recently, she was Director, Development at Pocono Mountains United Way, where she spearheaded annual fundraising strategies and managed the community investment process, based on a collective impact model supporting low-income individuals and families with access to healthy food, support for working families and help when needed most. While there, she also launched a Women United chapter in support of single mothers and their children. Previously, Monica was Manager, Finance & Analysis at Home Box Office, providing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to original programming departments.
Monica earned an MBA in Finance & International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Music, Business & Technology from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
