Kimberly Braxton

Director, Learning, Evaluation, and Measurement

Kimberly works closely with the Managing Director, Learning, Evaluation, and Measurement, and other leaders to develop and implement Blue Meridian’s comprehensive, integrated, cross-organizational learning, evaluation, and measurement strategy.

Kimberly brings over 15 years of evaluation and facilitation experience working with leaders across foundations, nonprofits, and school districts. Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Kimberly was a director at Equal Measure, where she led and supported a wide range of learning, evaluation, and measurement projects in the areas of education, career pathways, place-based systems change, and economic mobility. She led formative evaluations for Education Forward Arizona and the Florida College Access Network, nonprofit organizations seeking to increase educational attainment rates in their states.  She also co-led a cohort-level evaluation of Mobility LABs, an initiative based on the US Partnership on Mobility from Poverty’s economic mobility constructs, supported by a collaborative of funders led by Robin Hood.

Kimberly holds a BA in Elementary Education from Goucher College; an MS in Urban Spatial Analytics, with a concentration in education, from the University of Pennsylvania; and an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.
