Jessica Lupo works closely with Managing Directors to support relationships with investees, including developing scaling plans and providing counsel as they execute on them. She also helps to source and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities, and collaborates on innovation initiatives to expand Blue Meridian’s work.
Previously, Jessica served as the head of performance management for a government fund in the United Kingdom delivering finance and business support to individuals from at-risk and underserved communities to help them start their own businesses. Before that, she served as a government advisor and led strategic consulting projects for the Malaysian government on a range of economic and social issues. Jessica also brings experience in impact investing and social enterprise.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
