Jessica Lupo contributes to Blue Meridian’s grantee selection process, supports individual grantee relationships, and helps assess grantee and portfolio performance.
Previously, Jessica served as the head of performance management for a £360 million government fund in the United Kingdom delivering finance and business support to individuals from at-risk and underserved communities to help them start their own businesses. Before that, she served as a government advisor and led strategic consulting projects for the Malaysian government on a range of economic and social issues. Jessica also brings experience in impact investing, strategic communications and journalism.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
