Elsy works closely with the Chief of Staff and Corporate Secretary, as well as other members of the Executive Office team, to support corporate calendaring, cross-organizational alignment, and corporate milestones and performance reporting.
Elsy first joined Blue Meridian as an operations intern. Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Elsy worked as a Consulting Intern with LISC Boston, where she developed short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and strategies to facilitate clients’ successful entry into the market. Before that, she worked as a project manager intern at MCON, LLC, a cryptocurrency firm, where she helped strengthen the firm’s business model to implement a commercially and strategically viable alternative using metal convertibility to create new value for the business and generate revenue.
Elsy received her BA in Political Science & Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She also earned a law degree from St. Thomas University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
