Dan Tsin

Director, Learning, Evaluation, and Measurement

Dan works closely with the Managing Director, Learning, Evaluation, and Measurement, and other leaders to develop and implement Blue Meridian’s comprehensive, integrated, cross-organizational learning, evaluation, and measurement strategy.

Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Dan served as Director at Equal Measure, a philanthropic professional services nonprofit, where he led multiple evaluation and strategy projects focused on youth employment and education, economic mobility, grantmaking strategy, and nonprofit capacity. Before that, Dan served as Chief Impact Officer at Urban Alliance, a national youth workforce intermediary that connects young people, schools, and employers. There, he worked to create alignment, strategic direction, and shared measurement across the organization’s programs and support services to maximize impact. He has previously held roles at DC Public Schools and IBM. Dan serves on the board of the Eastern Evaluation Research Society (EERS) and is a Leap of Reason Ambassador, a community of nonprofit thought leaders who support the public sector in adopting high performance to improve organizations that address society’s most challenging problems.

Dan holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the College of William & Mary.
