Aury provides operational, project management, and planning support for Blue Meridian’s sourcing work, including researching potential new investment opportunities, maintaining internal systems and processes, and partner with other team members to conduct targeted landscaping.
Aury has experience in social science research, nonprofit management, and financial services. Prior to joining Blue Meridian, she was a Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she supported research on consumer economic outlook and the labor market. Before that, she was at First Tech Fund, an education-focused nonprofit, supporting operations and strategy development and managing impact measurement efforts. She has also held investor relations and investment research roles in the financial services industry and operations and fundraising roles at a social-justice-focused nonprofit.
Aury holds a BA in Economics from Hunter College and is an Economics MA candidate there.
