Bank of America is doubling down on plans to hire from low-to-moderate income communities by recruiting 10,000 new employees by 2025

“Bank of America announced Thursday it already surpassed its five-year goal set in 2018 to hire 10,000 new employees from low-to-moderate income backgrounds, and has established plans to hire 10,000 more by 2025 as part of a wide-reaching effort to broaden its talent pipeline.

The bank’s commitment to hire new, full-time employees from these communities is part of a program it launched in 2018. The program, known as Pathways, partners Bank of America with non-profits like UnidosUS, a Latinx advocacy organization, and Year Up, a job-training group, to recruit new employees.”
