Susan is responsible for leading core people operations, including total rewards and compensation, HR systems, employee relations, and compliance. She supports the development and execution of people practices, including benefits administration, compensation and payroll oversight, HR policy development, and advising on complex employee relations matters.
Before becoming Senior People Partner at Blue Meridian, Susan served in a number of roles with the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation. Earlier in her career, she was an office manager for The Bravo Group at VMLY&R.
She earned her BA in Media & Communications from Hunter College
