In his capacity as COO of the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, Ralph Stefano oversees and advances the finances, administration and operations of Blue Meridian Partners and is a member of Blue Meridian’s senior leadership team. Across EMCF and its investment strategies, Ralph leads financial modeling, planning and reporting; budget development; grants management and reporting on grantees’ and the Foundation’s performance; accounting, tax, audit and investment management; human resources; information technology; and facilities. As a member of EMCF’s leadership team, Ralph also helps guide the development of the Foundation’s programs, policy and strategy. An Officer of EMCF, he acts as its Assistant Treasurer.
Before joining the EMCF in 1997, Ralph held financial management positions at for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Community Access, a developer and service provider of housing for the homeless and mentally ill; Veritas, an operator of community-based residential drug rehabilitation centers; and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, a national housing intermediary.
He has served on several nonprofit boards and volunteers for various causes.
Ralph earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University and passed the CPA exam.
