Ralph Stefano oversees the management and strategic advancement of the financial infrastructure of Blue Meridian Partners, Inc. and the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation. His leadership and direction ensure the effective and efficient functioning of their financial operations. These include finance and accounting, budget development, financial planning and reporting, and grant, tax, audit, cash and investment management for both Blue Meridian and EMCF. He also provides leadership support for corporate governance, program, and administrative strategy and operations.
As a member of the Blue Meridian leadership team, Ralph participates in developing overall strategy, setting policy, and managing legal and operational matters. He provides leadership and quality assurance for Blue Meridian documentation and reporting of investee performance, and leads or co-leads such reporting to trustees, Partners and staff.
Ralph is also an officer of EMCF, acting as its Assistant Treasurer and Secretary, and of BMP, acting as Treasurer and Secretary, and he provides support to each board.
Before joining the Foundation, Ralph held financial management positions at for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Community Access, a developer and service provider of housing for the homeless and mentally ill; Veritas, an operator of community-based residential drug rehabilitation centers; and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, a national housing intermediary.
Ralph earned a BS in business administration from Pace University and passed the CPA exam.
