Claire Arneson is the People Operations Coordinator at Blue Meridian Partners, supporting People Operations and office services to help create a welcoming, well-organized, and effective workplace. She partners closely with the team to coordinate office operations, meetings, and events, while also supporting recruiting logistics across the organization.
Prior to Blue Meridian, Claire served as an Executive Assistant at a strategic consulting firm, where she provided high-level administrative support to senior leaders, managed complex schedules, coordinated meetings and events, and handled sensitive information with discretion. She also worked as an Inclusion Specialist with the City of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, supporting individuals with disabilities across programs by providing activity adaptations and behavioral and medical support and collaborating closely with program staff to ensure an inclusive experience.
Claire holds a BA in English with a minor in Communications from the University of North Dakota, as well as a certificate from the NYU Summer Publishing Institute.
