The Portfolio Manager, Investment Methodology & Portfolio Management will support two Directors to strengthen the training, learning and knowledge management capabilities for our Investing Team. The Portfolio Manager will play a key role in helping design and implement scalable strategies, processes, and systems to ensure team members across portfolios have the knowledge and tools to apply our investment methodology with confidence. The Portfolio Manager will also support and partner with Managing Directors and Directors to source and manage Blue Meridian’s relationships with select investees, including but not limited to conducting due diligences, supporting the development of strategic plans to help investees achieve greater impact, and making investment recommendations.
